Special 4 stage (65" stroke w/29" closed eye centers) telescopic cylinders with cup seal pistons, 32,000 lb. Capacity per trailer at 1500 PSI.
Front & rear tapered ends on racks releases load as dump rises preventing hangups and facilitating faster off loading.
Top hinged doors with 16" steel flap latch extends bed on dump side keeping load as far as possible from trailer & tires.
Automatic latch opens doors as bed is lifting allowing driver to remain in the safety of the cab during dumping operation.

Extra Options Include:
| Wing Fling Enclosure ~ Flops down to lay flush with the side of the trailer while being chopped into, then closed for limiting blow out while going down the road. Operated by electric motor.
Air Operated Front Flop Door ~ Air ram on flop door in conjunction with air toggle switch mounted in cab of truck allow Flop Door to be operated from in the cab when opening fields.
Hinged Top ~ Available Hydralically or Manually operated, allow for getting the top out of the way when being loaded with a loader. Also when used in conjunction with a Wing Fling, top can be opened partially to make opening larger and therefore easier for chopper to hit.
