Intermediate Welder Manufacturer

The Intermediate Welder is responsible for reading measurements and assisting with layout and welding procedures to manufacture major DANCO equipment, including Chain Drive Boxes and Side Dump Racks. This role requires the ability to work from DANCO and customer specifications, fabricate both make-to-stock and custom parts, and perform quality welds in multiple positions.

The Intermediate Welder supports production through accurate setup, material preparation, welding, and equipment repair, while maintaining a safe, organized work environment. This position also assists in the training and development of novice welders.
